All prices are listed in euros (€), VAT included. Shipping fees may apply depending on the country and delivery option selected.

4. Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. A confirmation email will be sent after each purchase.

5. Payment

Payments are 100% secure and accepted via credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site.

6. Shipping

• We ship within France, Europe, and internationally.

• Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days within France / 5–12 business days internationally.

• Kuroba™ is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Availability

Products are available while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange (see full Return Policy below).

9. Liability

Kuroba™ is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from product use.
