Return Policy – Kuroba™

✅ Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

• Personalized or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

✅ Process

1. Contact us at support@kuroba.com with your order number.

2. Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund (excluding shipping fees) or a store credit will be issued.

✅ Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defect or shipping error on our part.
