Return & Refund Policy – Kuroba™

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of their order.

Customers who placed an order using a phone number instead of an email address must use the link provided in their SMS order confirmation.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
